These units have been around for a while. Other than the Walker site im not aware of any new activity as far as developing them.  

There is not time table to drill associated with a unit order.  All the TMS operators have formed more units and permitted more wells than they have rigs to drill.  It will take months, perhaps years to get to them all.  If there is a surface location built in these units than all that is required is a well permit.  If there is no location built then the construction of one may indicate a permit and a rig coming soon.
