Current Leases Details if Franklin County

I’m curious what the current lease statuses are in Franklin County. We have friends and family who have signed with GeoFrame and Standard Lithium. My sister and I are still negotiating details and wording. It’s all so complicated!!!

Have others signed? Are others still muddling through, like us?

I received an offer last December, but the attorney I spoke with told me he thought is was WAY too early to tie up my interests at this point.  The offer in a roundabout way was from Exxon.

Interesting!! I thought we were about the only ones in the county who hadn’t signed!! Glad to know there are others.
Is your land in Franklin? I hadn’t heard of offers from Exxon in the county. Our offer is through a landman and the leasing company he works for, but they represent SL.

The offer was from a landman in Oklahoma, but Skip Peel (thank you, Skip!) traced it back to Exxon.  Red Oak East LLC.  I have several mineral interests in Franklin County.
