Hey John,
If I'm wrong correct me, but does the graph on the top right show a haynesville shale well paying off or breaking even in 1.4 years? If so, wouldn't everyone want to not lease and hold onto mineral rights of 100% so they could have that cash cow just like the O&G company after a year and a half?
