Fluid end plunger bore crack
This is a crack created by high pressure used to frac gas wells. It's what 14,000 psi can do to a solid steel pump head.

The replacement bare fluid end runs about $40,000 for a tripex (3 cylinder unit). A Quint (5 cylinder unit) runs about $50,000.
