Thanks for your email. My in-laws used to mention several "Rhodes" from the Timpson area. Maybe they were referring to your family. My mother-in-law was from the Timpson area. Her family name was Ross.

As to your question, my wife and her sister own 83 acres approximately 2 miles south of Timpson in the Joseph Burns survey which is three surveys north of yours. The mineral rights were leased five years ago. The lessor sold the mineral rights to Devon. The lease expires March 31, 2010.
