Bryan,  the value of your minerals are dependent on two factors.  One is location and one are the terms of your lease, if indeed you are leased.  You location is proven and Aethon has approval for the spacing of 10 horizontal Haynesville Shale wells.  These "well slots" do not have well permits to drill as of today and is unlikely that all ten wells would be permitted and drilled at once.  The spacing order is good indefinitely and Aethon can choose to drill them overtime probably in several well groups.  The value will go up when some of those wells are permitted with value dependent upon how many are permitted.
