Carol, did you receive a recent pre-filing notice from EnCana? They plan to unitize several sections east of you including Section 12.

Carol, I left a comment for your question on Public Hearings. I assume your property is located near the Red Oak Rd. I have relatives in Hickory Grove so I monitor the activity in that region and will try to let you know if I see any hearings scheduled.
