I recently received a Lithium Lease offer in Hopkins County Texas. The company is Stockyards Land and Energy. Several different landmen representing this company sent letters over the holidays with various offer from their "subcompanies". They offered us a 2.5% royalty on lithium and 3/16 royalty on oil with a 100/acre bonus.
