"The best bet is to contact Will Huguett with the Kean Miller firm in Shreveport. He is representing 31 Operating in a pending law suit concerning Sibley Field.

My client is a plaintiff in a pending suit in Webster Parish against 31 Operating. 31 Operating is represented by Mr Will Huguett with the Kean Miller firm in Shreveport. Failure to pay costs is one element of the litigation. It is questionable whether Mr Huguett is aware of the nonpayment. If you contact him I believe you will get some attention.
