I didn't get much out of it except that it is held up by the heirs of the other half of the parties.  She gave me some ideas but i haven't had time to check any of them. I had to correct them on our holdings also.  They had my dad dying without a will.  I  had to correct them when the original lease came up.  Seems like they could keep the correct information but looks like there are a lot of problems here.  I got ours straightened out and have not heard anything since.  Hope you all are doing good
