To my knowledge you have the rights up to the water's edge, spillway elevation. The original property owners of the land UNDER the lake still have the mineral rights. Some waterway are owned by the state. Like Red River, Caddo and Cross Lakes. They control those rights. You and i would be in the same section. Several people have gotten letters but not much else. I wish a group would start in Sweetwater Oaks, Wooklake N and S, I would like to join.
