Thank you so much Chuck.  The last time we leased this land I was probably 19 yrs old and didn't have access to all this info so this is great.  I know there is oil on the property because they drilled when my dad was a kid and capped it.  He had a friend with USGS who told him never to get rid of the land that one day they would come back for the oil and I hope that day is here.  Been holding my lease for over a week.  Would like to hold out for more royalties but don't know if I will.  I'm sure we'll chat again.
