Yeah something seems fishy so I'm going to have to drive down there when I have time and find out what's going on.  If they have several individuals who are heirs, can they place wells on the property and or drill if all parties involved haven't signed leases yet?  I thought possibly they got a few to sign and didn't advise of such.  When I went to the TRRC website, I found they got approved for 3 permits then used google earth to check out the property and sure enough, I saw three wells on the property.  In reviewing the leases, I didn't see that it included pooling.  Under that question it stated No.

I haven't even received a lease from them yet.  They contacted me advising I inherited the mineral rights on the property however weeks later advised they have now found there are over 100 heirs.  I'm not too sure how factual that is seeing as no one will get back to me now to provide further information.  I'm thinking about driving down there.  What I do know is after contacting an attorney, he advised it's in the hot spot and Conoco has 3 wells on the property, two gas and one oil.  The survey's are FJ Haskins abstract 136 and MC McLane Survey but again not at home so cant remember that exact abs number.
