Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant said… Kate, unless you own a large acreage interest, I can't really expand upon my comments to your discussion on GoHaynesvilleShale.com. As I mentioned there is no competition for leases and USG is the only game in town. The terms you listed are what everyone has been offered.
