Samson has not filed as yet as far as I know. They have made a public announcement that they plan to file Chapter 11 they just haven't said when. Randy Davidson, principal in Davidson, Jones & Summers, 318-424-4342. If he's not busy you will likely speak with Randy. If he is busy you will speak with Jan Carter or Katie Baten.
