Patti ,I live behind Graywood church in Metropolitain Estates.Their has been a group from the original Go Getters group dealing with chesapeak the last few months from section 23&24 also a few from Mt Bethell group.The offer was 7000 acre and 25%.It appears some have leased for this in the last couple months with a confidentiality agreement.People that informed me and ask if I wanted in on the deal no longer answer e-mail with questions about the lease but will respond to mail on any other subject.Thats really sick to me.At this point thats as definate the deal went through as I can get.I'm still not leased.I have listened and walked through the woods and looked at sec 25 well.Noise started about 2 weeks ago.Road and site was built over a year ago.Hope this helps

Hi Patti I am right off of williams Rd. but I haven't been offered anything. My mother-in-law lives next door and someone showed up at her door offered her 1500 an acre for her four acres about three months ago and she took it. I haven't heard from any of my neighbors so I'm unsure of what they recieved but I was told a friend of my mothers just recieved 25,000 for 1 acre in fountain bleau. I did however call the number posted all the way down Mansfield Rd. advertising 17,500 an acre and they told me they were only leasing property that was 2 or more acres. I live on Post Oak Rd. off of Sparks Davis. Signed with Chesapeake in March for 300/acre prior to news of Shale. If you haven't signed lease yet, good. Also got 1/5 royalty which is ok. I know they are drilling all around us but don't know if any are going into the HS. Do you know?

We live on Colquitt Rd at Keith Rd. Have no offers yet that have been relayed back to me as we have joined a Fortress Mgt group that is reresenting some of us in this area. Once I hear solid info, I'll be glad to pass it on to you.

My family has land (255 acres Claiborne Parish) and we have leased many times through the years. We also have land in Beinville Parish where we have been producing Natural Gas royalty for many many years. If I don't know the answer I will tell you.
