I saw you were in Natch Parish as I am (well my land is) and I was wondering if you are local is there anything happening to your knowledge in the Township 12 N, Range 6W, Section 12 ? I haven't yet heard of any leases being signed but like I said I live in Atlanta. My attorney in Natchitoches that is now an attorney referral on this site said he reps so clients that has signed recently..do you have any info that would help me in my area around Goldonna, LA?

I don't know Mr.Pittman personally,although I just found out that I am good friends with his Aunt .Small world isn't it.The only thing about some of these groups are the fact that they can eat a lot of your money up for years to come on a % basis,although I do believe he is one that will do consulting work for a one time fee.With his years of experience it may be well worth it for you.I just don't know what they can do for you that a well informed consumer can't do for themselves, until it gets time for an attorney to look over your last draft before signing.There are many examples and questions that have and will be answered by a superb cast of characters on this site.There are some guys on tigerdroppings.com under Money section then Haynesville Shale section that sound like they started the oil business back in 1800's.For the most part,if you ask a sincere question,they will answer!There have been questions posted here that were not answered that were then asked on T/DROPPINGS and got answered.Answer was then brought back to this site.I wanted you to e-mail me because I have a tendency to say things before really thinking them all the way through first.But I don't think I said anything that would offend anyone.If I did I am sorry,because this time I actually wasn't trying to.
