Robert, thanks for responding. In about five weeks there is a schedule court hearing for a class action suit against BPX. Depending on the outcome of that hearing, there may be additional class actions against other Haynesville Shale operating companies including Vine. I have been looking for unleased mineral owners who receive quarterly reports from the operators of their wells in order to confirm that the operators are deducting certain post production costs illegally. The class action lawsuits are meant to recover the monies deducted, with interest, and to prohibit operators from making those deductions going forward. If you are receiving quarterly reports and would be willing to provide a copy, that would assist in the review of Vine should the law firms involved choose to move forward with a class action against Vine. You can reach me at 318.861.3633 or by email at hpeel@haynsevilleminerals.com.
