Thanks for the reply, Trey.  I have completed the initial research for class action lawsuits on behalf of UMIs under both Vine and Indigo units.  All the Haynesville Shale operators have been deducting unauthorized costs from UMIs portion of production.  The initial suit against Chesapeake was successful but the appeal of the follow up class action has been delayed owing to that company's bankruptcy.  The class action against British Petroleum has been heard on appeal and a ruling should be forthcoming shortly.  If the ruling is in favor of the class, we will move to file petitions against a number of companies.  It is undetermined at this time whether the class suits will be "opt in" or "opt out".  The court will decide that.  I am looking for UMIs that have copies of quarterly reports and are willing to share them.  Also we will need "class representatives".  If you would care to discuss further, you can post a reply here or email me a hpeel@haynesvilleminerals.com.
