My minimum charge is $250 which covers everything except out of pocket expenses if any.  That does not cover title work if any is needed.  I can put together a mineral preview and submit it to a handful of mineral companies that have proven to be reliable and make fair market offers.  I try to pair sellers with buyers that I know prioritize acquisitions that match.  Those companies know that I know the general range of fair market value and do not try to low ball offers.  Should I find a buyer that makes an acceptable offer, the seller has a choice to compensate me directly or for the mineral company to pay me a finder's fee.  My fee varies by the amount of the sale and I take care of communication and advising on the step by step process of a sale.  Let me know if you have any questions.
