got to go finally to shelby county. the pad has been built already for the oliver 11H but looks abandon. the pit is also dug, looks ready to go just waiting on better prices im sure.

hello jack if your land is in the thomas gas unit it is operated by xto the #2oil and gas producer in our state. they have already completed a very big well in that unit and plan to drill several more.i know for a fact that there are owners that xto could not find.educate yourself our get professional help.f.y.i. mineral intrest acers in shelby county should sell for more than 30000.00 per acre. that is honestly probably too low.

dont sell your mineral rights the thomas well is a big time well and will pay you very good. i also happen that there were owners that xto could not locate in the thomas unit.perhaps you are them?

Have you checked with the Shelby Co. Appraisal district for the records on your property or the Co. Clerks Office? The RailRoad Comm. has a public map viewer and online records search that could give you information also.
