We have a clause in our lease where we get $15,000 surface damage for every well drilled on our property. Nothing in the lease about a drilling pad for another property owners well in another unit. Purely economics on that issue I imagine. Where did you get the $30k and $50k per pad? Is that a Conoco offer?
