You might want to contact William Farrar in Tyler. I have spoken with his office and they seem very, very reasonable. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an adjunct oil and gas professor at Baylor, a former clerk for the Texas Supreme Court, and, last but not least, worked as a geologist prior to lawschool.
