Leonard McCarty of XTO made us an offer of $13,000/AC on July 31, 2008. On August 18, 2008 they notified us that upper management did not approve the offer. There has been nothing further. David and the attorney had a meeting with xto yesterday, and they made an offer of $8000.00 or so, but as I understand, they will not be accepting this offer either, and that they will have another meeting in a day or so. Hope this helps.
