"I checked the offer letter again just to make sure and it clearly has "Purchase Price / Net Royalty Acres" which I think is strange too.  Thanks for the information.  "

"Thanks ! Appreciate your information as always .... I received a notice letter about one week ago. Sections are in R10W, R9W.  Is $3k for mineral buyout too low for this area.  I have been told around  $5K to 7.5K / net mineral…"

Natchitoches Parish, LA ---- Proposed alternate wells for Sec. 4, 11, 2 - R 10 W - R 9 W and other sectionsAny information regarding these proposed alternate wells ....... possible drilling times ..... will all or just some of the proposed alternate wells be drilled ??   I received from Houston, TX  just this past week a $3K per net mineral acre buyout offer which I think is too low.   Any thoughts on this matter  ???See More
