Royalties for One Acre with Decline Curves Figured in...

Spread Sheet with Decline Curves.xls

A site member put this together, so I thought I'd post here to discuss...

The member explains, "I took Skip's figures for 10MCF, $3.71, 25% royalty, and 1 Acre and backed (via division) each of those to 1 -- 1 MCF, $1, 1% royalty, etc. Then once that is done via that table in A1:F11 (which the user doesn't change), the final column for 1 of each unit (Column E) is multiplied by the variable for the users tract (entered in A16:B19) and the results are displayed in Column F."
