After I untangle some things and finish this semester ....and the real estate market gets real again, I'm hoping to expand urban gardens through brown-field remediation... if not feasible there are several others to take its place. Then there is the opportunity of the new era in govt. where hopefully I can take advantage of that 2 yr civil service for help with paying my student loans..... that would be a godsend! Keep me posted on your endeavor...

Thank you Antsu, I have to love them because my wife loves them more then she loves me. If I suck up to the dogs it keeps me in good with her so I put the little devils pictures on my page in hopes that I will get some brownie points.(LOL) After 20 years together , she sees right through my stuff. thanks. all i was saying was that i made the decision not to hold out like so many others. we even had a woman in our group that said she could get more so she turned down the 12500 offer and is left with nothing now. just like the housing market couldn't maintain the high prices, the leasing market couldn't maintain the high lease prices so cashing out early worked for me.
