"Thanks again, Skip. I'll take these under consideration. I have been able to speak with someone who seemed to show concern and claims she's working on this. I'll stay the course for the moment and definitely take what you've said…"

"Thanks Skip, I own rights in Louisiana so I hear you about the differences. I'll mull this over, keeping after them, and hope that it doesn't turn into a messy legal matter!"

"Hi Skip. To the articles mentioned here, do you happen to have what coincides with these in Texas? I've done some research and couldn't find them. Bottomline: I continue to get the runaround from TGNR regarding a transfer of ownership of a…"

"Wow, thanks for all that intel. I'm section 32, 12N, 14W. I'm getting royalties on one well (Dugan 32-29 HC) they drilled in 2019 that follows the same "line" as those in the Field Order starting in section 5 and extending mine…"

"Hi Lawrence. I'm also in the Spider field (Sec. 32, 12N, 14W) covering 40.762 total acres, of which I split one-half ownership with my sister. Last fall, we each got an offer that would total $400K ($200K each) not long after Comstock got a…"

Jimmy Hamiter replied to Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant's discussion A little humble brag by Comstock with an interesting statement
"That's good to know and makes the "wait" a bit easier for them to get permits on proposed new alt unit HC wells that affect me (32.12N.14W). Checking Sonris periodically as you've advised. Thanks for sharing!   "
