My apologies for the late responsed, but by now you have received a lot of good information on the GoHaynesvilleShale web site. My story is that we - my brother and sisters whom co-own 60 mineral acres in the Mora Survey - were contacted three years ago to lease our minerals which we did. We heard nothing until about six months ago when landmen came out of the woods wanting to buy our minerals. We did some investigating and found out about the Haynesville Shale play - it is huge. We tuned down several offers and are still holding our lease which expires in Octoer this year. There is very serious activity, so don't sell unless you have no other choice. Good luck!
