I would suggest that you talk to attorney Randall Davidson at (318) 424-4342. Even if you handle all of the negotiations yourself you want a good attorney to make sure that your document says what the gas company states it says. Lot's of the companies have been playing fast and loose and you don't want to be their next victim. Mr. Davidson is rated AV in oil and gas, which is the highest rating that an attorney can receive. Also have you read all of the posts in each of the pipeline categories. They will give you a "jumping off" point for areas of discussion.
