Also some people here have been quoted $250 - $275 per rod on pipelines. Texas may be different since rentals seem to be common there. The $250 - $275 would not include rental (to the best of my knowledge).

200 per rod is definately not out of the question. I would include damages for the pasture or make them move the right of way to the location you want. Also limit them to 1 pipe in the pipeline. and for the right of way to narrow to 30ft. once the pipeline is in place. and if they want to later come back and add pipelines they will have to pay again. :)

On a 16" pipe, with a 50 Foot right of way, what are the prices paid for a rod?
