Lease signed 8/8/2005 three year lease, told producing well when called , well not producing per DNR capped, Lauren Exploration Inc lease holder, nocommunications, no royaltys. What is my recourse to disolve the lease?

My suggestion: Write them a letter. Ask for a written response within a time frame.
that all depends on what your lease says. Not a question that can accurately be answered without more information.
Email them, fax them, and send a letter send it certified ask that they respond to you in writing.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
