Thanks, BJ. Your tif file worked but it's a little harder to print than a pdf. You might try a pdf format next time but this way works okay and is appreciated.

I got the letter also. I guess they might make another run at leasing the unleased acerage. Hope so, we have 20 in this unit. Any advice?

Jeff. If you know what you would like in the way of lease language then you just need to be patient. Have you printed out a township grid and started tracking units and wells? If not, I would suggest now is a good time to start. When the landman comes calling he/she should find you informed on proximal development activity. Does your property have additional value as a surface location? Is it located along a section line which runs east and west? Does it have access from a hard surface road? Do you have a pond? Those are a few suggestions for you to think about. Gotta go the second half is starting.

Susan. Go to the SONRIS (pronounced Sunrise) Help Center -

http://www.gohaynesvilleshale.com/group/sonris_help_center

On the main group page, look under "Class Materials" and click on "Township Grid w/ sections". After you have printed a copy, let me know and I will give you the list of units by section and operator.
