Does anyone know if Devon has made any royalty payments on their QUINN UNIT, Lease No: 246058, Well No: 1 H? It has been producing since Feb. 09.

I just found out my mineral rights are in that unit and I have not received any royalty checks! Total production since Feb. 09 is 201,605 MCF. Seems to me that should be enough to warrant a royalty check!

recommend you call Devon royalty relation department and ask about it you can find phone numbers on their web site. Other way to find info and who to call is check your lease call landsman that you leased from they can tell you who to talk to. Are you list on the P-12 list on drilling permit can check this on RRC site under drilling permits on that well by devon
I called Samson Lone Tree and got to the bottom of this. They assigned the lease to Noble Energy and Noble Energy joint ventured with Devon to do the well. They are currently working on the division orders and we should receive them soon. This well has been producing since February. I think its ridiculous that is takes them this long to get the division orders completed.
Here's a link to the drilling permit where the P-12 is available. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find two docs that say P-12.

As per Jeffree1's message, the links above are the direct links to the P-12 filed which states which parties are included in the unit for this particular well.

Go ahead and check to see if your family is included there. Note: the images can take a while to load up sometimes.

Also the Survey Platt image will also show you a nice map of the unit boundries so you can compare that to see where your own minerals/land are in relation to (or in) the unit.

Good luck.
Thanks so much for the information. Before I posted my request, I looked on the rrc site but didn't find the pooling docs. The images you attached are both the first page but I found the second page....and it does not list me (and my brother) as owner. It lists someone else! I have a call into Devon.... Should I call an attorney also??

BTW, this is a case where I and my brother (holding equal and undivided mineral rights) leased to one company, Samson Lone Tree, and they turned around and leased it to Devon. Since we signed this lease I have learned....now all our leases have a clause that requires a company to notify us if they re-lease the rights to another company. Live and learn...
correction - Samson Lone Tree didn't lease to Devon - apparently they assigned the lease to Noble Energy.
