I have 40 acres in Pope County.
My family has about 1,360 acres of mineral rights in Van Buren County. All are ultimately leased to Seeco.
Mr. Grimm,

How did things go in Little Rock on Nov. 18. ? Did the Appeals Court give you any indication that they would resolve this matter in a timely fashion?
Sorry to be slow in responding. Arguments went well and decision handed down December 16 affirming the trial court's judgment that tax sale deed from 1973 invalid. You can read the opinion at this web address:

http://courts.arkansas.gov/court_opinions/coa/2009b/20091216/Selrah...

Appellant has 18 days from Dec 16 to file requests with Court of Appeals and Arkansas Supreme Court for further relief. I do not expect any relief to be granted. If you have trouble pulling the decision up from above, go to web site of Arkansas Judiciary, Opinions, Court of Appeals, December 16, Judge Glover, and you will see Selrahc v Seeco. Click on Pdf and the opinion will pop up.

Merry Christmas!
I own about 1500 acres, and have the mineral rights to about 800 acres

We're interested in acquiring minerals in the Fayetteville.
