Any info availible on section 28, township 17N, R10W in Webster Parish?

Just seeing if anyone knows anything about the status of this site. Have noticed 24hr/day trucks since this weekend. Are they finally going to drill? Have seen them building the road. Usually how long should it take for them to start the drilling? All info appreciated.
Thanks,
Pattie

I talked to Petrohawk and they said they would drill the well in the first quarter of 2010. I went by the location and it looked almost complete last week.
Pattie. Section 28 is a Petrohawk HA drilling unit. Although there is no current permit application listed, it is possible that a permit will be filed soon for the well in your section. It will show up here first:

Good Luck.
Ok, sorry to be so ignorant but, what does the HA mean?
HA is the LA. State Office of Conservation abbreviation for the Haynesville zone. The HA zone is shale in some areas and sand in others. No apology necessary.
Well, someone from Petrohawk came and took pictures of property lines and structures Thursday. And now you can see lights from a rig at night. Looks like they are moving along. The only permit I see says section 18 not 28. Maybe one of us had that wrong? It is the only activity showing in Webster and there is most definitely some activity.

Patricia. I'm talking about Drilling and Production Units, not wells. You are talking about wells, not D&P Units. We are both correct.
So, how do I find out more info on this well and, when and how much it should start producing?
Go to the SONRIS Help Center Group (use the link below) and learn how to track your well. You might wish to start by performing a well search by Section-Township-Range. Make not of the Serial Number for future searches and look at the activity in the surrounding sections.

The location is in section 33 and the lateral is ending in sec 28, I went by the location Sunday and the well is drilling. The SN is 240643. The BEUSA well in section 18 17N-10W SN 240643 is also drilling I went by that location Sunday.
We haven't heard any drilling at all today. Could this mean they have reached depth? How long does it usually take? What next?
Pattie
Pattie, the well didn't spud until Jan 22nd and probably will reach total depth in early March.
Thanks Les. That is what I was curious about.
