this well has basically avg about 5.9 million cubic foot a day flowing through the pipeline from 12/20 to 1/20

Has anyone received division papers in this sec. yet? We are anixiously awaiting for some news . How long does it take before a well pays ? I still haven't seen anything on sonris site for this well. I guess we'll have to sit back and wait.

Lou, talking with a guy a few sections down from us he got his division papers about 4 mos after what Sonris had as the completion date. I have heard that it takes 3-4 mos for the most part. Maybe we will hear something by March. Chesapeake said it went online 12/20 and I have the daily production numbers they sent from 12/20 thru 1/20. It has avg about 5.9mcfd

On January 24th the well had produced a total of 240,000mcf of gas since it started flowing. If the flow rate is approx. 6000 a day, it should have come online about 40 days earlier which would put it somewhere around Dec 15th. Is that a fair assumption? I emailed Chesepeake Headquarters in OK and asked about the division orders. They said about 2-3 months after the well comes online. You might see them with any lucky at the end of Feb but my guess would be mostly likely March.

Thanks G-Dawg. It very well may have came online around the 15th. They had sent me some production numbers starting on 12/20 so I assumed thats when it came online. Hopefully we will hear something by March or April. Thanks for the info

Harley, had my engineer crunch some numbers based on the choke on the Marr well. Currently it has a 18/64 choke and is producing almost 6 mcfd. If it had a 22/64 choke, like a lot of the other wells do, it would likely be producing close to 9 mcfd. My guess is they have it scaled back to either minimize the 1st year drop off or hold out for higher gas prices. What you think?

Thats sounds logical GDawg. I did notice the 18 choke compared to some of the others on a 22. If this will help with our decline I am all for it. Atleast until prices go up...lol. Thanks for the info

GDawg by the way, Chesapeake had sent me about a months worth of production numbers and on one day it did flow a little over 8mcfd. Maybe they were playing with the choke that day.
