Received Letter today wanting to buy only OIL interest in 14/14 Desoto

got an offer in mail today offering good money for 10% interest in any OIL well drilled within next 5 yrs. in 14/14 Desoto. This was for oil only & excluded other minerals, so it wasn't about the gas being drilled now

DON'T TOUCH THIS DEAL. IT IS A SCAM. BECAUSE YOU WOULD BE SELLING YOUR INTEREST OF 10% FOR LIFE. AND ONCE YOU SELL IT YOU CAN'T GET IT BACK.

Somebody really needs to scan in one of these offers and post it here.

Either something sneaky and underhanded is going on or there's some big new discovery. (Guess which one I think is more likely.)

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??
