What should I expect to receive per acre for a signing bonus in section 15 in Shreveport? I own 3.5 acres.

So I exaggerated a tad about being in the middle of the play. But, if you look at a map of Haynesville Units by T/S, we are the only T/S without a unit. We are however, not the only urban T/S in the area. And we ain't that far from dead center which I consider to be 14/12. Nearness being relative of course. I realize the plumbing required to get the gas to market and the pitfalls of urban drilling in general. And yes, I was referring to my T/S.
George. Where urban (or more properly, suburban) drilling is occurring around 17N - 14W, two elements are present. Qualifying well sites and sufficiently sparse density that allows for pipelines within reasonable cost parameters. Moving from the edge of town to the center will greatly reduce the first and make the second significantly more expensive.
George, we also have a couple of acres in 17/14 near Cable Vision off 70th St. Last yr. we got $16000 an ac. for 1 acre. We bought more 2 more acres and now we haven't had any more offers to lease the 2 ac.
We are part owners of 183 acres that span Sections 9 and 16 (and extend a bit into 8 & 17), Township 16 N and Range 14W. Is there any drilling or leasing activity in this area?
Just permitted a well in 16/14, Section 16.
Thank you -- actually after I posted my question, I dug around a bit on this site and found a posting to the effect that TWO wells might be there or permitted there:
Chesapeake, Sanford 16 #H1 Well, Serial #240069, S16-T16N-R14W
Chesapeake, Sanford 21 #H1 Well, Serial #241331, S16(21)-T16N-R14W

My question has to do with leasing prospects and how they might be improved by ongoing activity nearby. Am still trying to feel my way around the sonris site with sporadic success. It's all so unfamiliar to us, it's like beginning a Chinese language course! Every little bit of new information requires research to interpret it! So, these exchanges among folks, both knowledgeable and neophyte, have been invaluable. Thank you for replying.
Unless you have minerals in Section 21, you won't have an interest in the Sanford 21 well. The well pad is in Section 16, but the bottom hole is in Section 21. All the perforations will be in Section 21.
We are currently discussing $6,000 per acre in the same section and township. I think we can get more. Does anyone agree?
