Curious what a Bonus of 2500 and 3/16 means. Once Natural gas is found on an individuals property. what will be the approximate monthly royalty for an individual? rplilar@hotmail.com

It means $2500 per acre for the lease (also called bonus lease, bonus money) and 3/16 is the royalty percentage. 3/16 = 18.75%. Donna
