It sure is good to Devon moving closer and closer to Timpson. This represents a pretty significant move to the NW and is in an area which has generally not been portrayed favorably on most maps.

It is in view of Hwy 87 ...maybe 100 yds from the highway...IF that far. My lease with Devon is approx 1 1/2 mi s/se of this one! Maybe??

I sure hope Patricia & Bruce make a $million on this!!

Retired but facing major surgery June 7th so it will be a while before I am back in Timpson. Please tell your folks I think of them often and WILL stop next time I'm there! Maybe they'll be millionaires by then! lol Or, if nothing else, the 'judge' will be enjoying his pond!
Keep me updated on what is happening at the PS Well! The sibs gave me all the min rights to Mom & Dad's ...I never had them on the little place by your folks. I am leased to Devon also. Let me hear from you.

Noticed yesterday that the pad had been rocked. Kinda like what the monkey said when he got his tail cut off.........won't be long now!!!!
