Sec 7, Township 9. Thanks!!
SLEM-Township 9 would be in southern Desoto.
Township 9 is in northern Sabine Parish.
Our property is in Sabine Parish. If anyone knows the current lease rates in the area it would be greatly appreciated.
T9N R12W Sect 7 is in N Sabine but I don't know what the going rate is now-a-days.
In the past two months in Ebarb area a friend has leased three different properties with three different companies for $6500 an acre - CHk, HWK, Comstock
Shaleee, is there anyway you can tell me the name(s) of any of the landmen that made these offers? It would be quite helpful in our current negotiations. Thanks for your help!

SLEM, I do not know the names of the landmen for each company, but I will ask my friend and if it is OK to post the names, I will post the names for you.
My mistake, I am in T-9 section 8, I was looking at one thing and thinking another. I can tell you most evereyone late last year in this area leased from 6-6500 p/a. I have heard no leasing activity lately. Cheasapeake has your unit. The proposed well is HA RA SUTT...Hope this will help!. Sorry again about the mistake.
SLEM- The above is for R-12-WEST
