i live in the southern hills neiborhood mcary subdivison and we have not signed anything as of yet the nego. are still going we should hear somthing next week.

if you live in briarcliff you need to go to www.swshc.org.i belong to the group and i also belong to the kingston road /bert kouns property owners coaliton and i received an email today saying that they are expecting an offer at anytime.hope this can help!
