Lots of bulldozers working east of original pad. Is this going to be another Encana Gas Factory?

Although the existing wells are in their young stages I've noticed that the decline rates are better than average. I would also have to assume it might have something to do with pipeline locations and future pipeline locations. The lower area of 15n 14w is also having multiple wells drilled. Many projections showed this pocket to have an ultimate recovery of around 4-6bcf per section just for the HA but the data, although young, shows 10+bcf from what I'm seeing. In 14n 14w sec 24 was the best well in terms of both production and decline and now it appears sec 35 & sec 9 could surpass it. I've been meaning to post the decline data but have been waiting for a little more data. I'm also hoping that the BO has something to do with it as well as they have been able to gain info from the HA wells with regards to the BO. One BO well in the unit east of 14n 14w appears to be a good one so we'll see.
Parkdota, it isn't posted on Sonris yet, but sections 6&7 are also 20m wells. Also, I have heard the gas is very very clean out here & doesn't need a lot of treatment. Of course the pipelines nearby are a huge plus. It will be interesting to see if any BO wells are permitted in 2010 out here.
Lots of permits for this section appeared on sonris today. It looks like an EnCana facrory for you all. Congrats!
Any idea as to what the protocol is for a gas factory? Will they drill one after the other, more than one at a time, all in a close time frame, etc?
Looking at Sonris, there are 9 permits for Sec. 9 with one well already there. That makes 10 wells in that Sec. What's up
kittycatmama,

Wells with S/N 241668, 241669, 241670, 241671, 241672, all lateral into section 4.

Wells with S/N 241686, 241687, 241688, 241689 will have laterals in section 9.

What's interesting is that section 4 will have 8 ALT wells plus the #1 KATHRYN DRAKE with its lateral running east and west, and the ALT wells running north and south.
KCM, let's catch you up to date.

OK folks, now help me understand why all these wells in this location? Excellent 3D seismic? Or just Encana experimenting?
And thanks FXEF and Les for the info
KCM, I heard it was because the land owners are such nice people in that area. 8-)
Wish I owned about 50 acres in 9. LOL
I'll sell ya 50 for 4mill. :)
Hey, it will probably be worth it if they hit oil too. Ya never know. Congratulations
