Well, the man has called.  I can't say I would oppose a position in my pasture for the benefits expected.  I have a good lease that allows me to negotiate this access within reason.  I am reasonable.

 

Anyway,  What needs to be discussed beyond acreage, footprint, fencing, roads, and other things required to keep the peace?  Property value is one of those reasonable situations that I have to pass judgement on. 

 

I'm just saying, welcome to my house.  Here is where you drop your shoes when you come in.  LOL.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
