Samson Contour Energy North Shreveport

I received a letter from Hargrove etal 10-23-08 for a pre-application notice for ten units in North Shreveport, T-18N, R-14, 15W. The area is from North Market to Pinehill Rd to Shreveport Blanchard Hwy (large undeveloped tracts are included in the area). The application is the notice of intent to create the 10 units and force pool separately owned tracts within the units. This company seemed to run under the radar, Twin Cities was actively leasing for CHK. Anyone have information?

yes to both.
The thing I'm worried about, is that the land I bought was once part of a larger tract that heirs split up & some of them lost their land because of unpaid taxes.
Its seems as though the land came with mineral rights and is not HBP,but after what happened to Kassi them, I not sure of anything any more.

All T18N (R15W; 1, 12) and (R14W; 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 15) designated as CV RA SU 22, CV RA SU 44 and CV RA SU 53 thru 60 and HA RA SU J thru HA RA SU S.
