Can anyone give me information reguarding Leases in Red River Parish? I do not live in the area but own 53 acres that I leased three (3) years ago.
The lease was for three years with a two year option. The three years is up October 10th, 2010 and I have not been contacted about the option. If Red River Parish is such a hot area why would the company who holds my lease let it expire.
Any information would be deeply appricated.

Skip,

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
