deltic stock is going nuts i guess because they have such a huge

mineral interest in the brown dense area and the leasing companies

are still going full bore so i would conclude that the well is a smoker.

anyone else have any insight?

NLA, I have no idea.  I'm headed to the mountains for Christmas and the Big City for the New Year.  I hope not to think of this well or any other until next year.  In the meantime, good luck.

Have fun and Merry Christmas!

What do you mean tight hole?

Ok thanks

Les, Thanks again for all of your updates.
What offers have you heard? I got a new offer from Empressa energy $300/acre 4/4 20%. The man said he was leasing for Murphy oil but after looking at the Empressa web page I got the feeling they are flippers although I could be wrong about that. I'm pretty sure Murphy oil is one of the players in the Brown Dense because they used to own and are still closely tied with Deltic timber and therefore easily tied up 1,000s of acres at I'm sure a very low price. Someone said CHK has tied up the Plum Creek land and that is also thousands of acres along the state line but that's just a rumor.
Thanks tony

Les,

The website was the brainchild of Keith Mauck, a landowner and entrepreneur who recognized a pressing need: landowners in the region had little access to…
