RB, this presentation is fairly general so not much specific to Red River Parish.  EnCana does show that the Haynesville Shale is one their primary growth plays and will continue to allocate a significant portion of their capital to the area.  Also, EnCana demonstrates their ability to reduce costs and the breakeven price thru the application of "gas factory" development techniques. 

In their slides they also mention an intention to start testing the mid-Bossier too; that might help some of

us on the south end of the play, or at least I would hope so...

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
