Emanuel Unit

Does anyone know what is going on with the Emanuel Unit? Burke had permited it and than I think they made a deal with Chesapeake? Does anyone know who is the operator now, and if anything is going on with it?

I believe Emanuel Unit is just a permit.  It is still under Burke Royalty and the permit runs into the first week of July.  Some of the Burke wells were transferred to Unit petroleum and one, the Smith #1, had acreage included in the Chesapeake-Smith #1H.  I don't find any information on Emanuel Unit, other than the permit.

There had been a Unit Dec filed at the courthouse, I was just wondering if anyone on the ground in Shelby had heard anything or seen a rig moving onto it?
